We are launching a growing virtual behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who specialize in Veterans, Trauma, PTSD, domestic violence recovery, and child therapy to join our remote team.
Our mission includes supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, housing instability, and military-related stressors, and we are particularly interested in clinicians passionate about working with veterans, underserved communities, Children and Domestic Violence Recovery.
This position is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy of independent practice, and the support of a collaborative, mission-driven practice environment.
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: 100% Remote (Telehealth)
Start Date: June 2026 - Interviewing now
Schedule: Commit to approximately 30 hours of clinical availability (self managed)
Compensation: 70/30 revenue split (clinician receives 70%)
Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus on providing meaningful therapy while we support the operational and administrative aspects of care.
Provide virtual psychotherapy services to adults and/or children
Provide trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing PTSD, trauma, and domestic violence
Support individuals experiencing housing instability or homelessness
Provide support for veterans and military-connected individuals
Provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients
Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning
Deliver ethical, evidence-based therapeutic care
Active LCSW license in good standing with the applicable state licensing board the ability to practice independently (no supervision required).
Clinicians are required to maintain their own professional liability coverage
We would love to hear from clinicians who have training or experience in:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Training in Military Cultural Competency
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Esketamine-assisted therapy
Experience working with veterans, survivors of domestic violence, LGBTQ+ individuals, Children and individuals experiencing homelessness
Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
