Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Health Care (Non-Clinical)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a non-clinical role in home health care. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being through various non-clinical tasks. Your empathy and dedication to patient care will make a significant difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a warm and trusting relationship.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Assist with basic mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair, ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare providers promptly.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for patients, addressing any concerns with care and attention.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Texas.
• Proven experience in home health care, demonstrating a strong track record of compassionate patient support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area.
